OVERVIEW

At Nude Furniture we have always placed an emphasis on creating a beautiful home that is a sanctuary to you.

During these difficult times, we want none other than for you to be able to easily, safely and comfortably continue with your daily tasks.

At this stage our Nude Furniture Showroom remain open for appointment only. There is no disruption to our supply and delivery and we will continue to operate as usual. We have increased our support teams across Customer Service, Live Chat and Online to assist you with any questions you may have from product selection to questions around existing orders.

We have however made some changes to support you and our teams.

 

STRICT HYGIENE PROTOCOLS

  • Employees who are able to work from home are doing so.
     
  • Social distancing has been implemented across the business including our delivery teams and in-store staff.
     
  • Hand sanitizer is available at our location upon entry.
     
  • Our delivery teams wear heavy-duty gloves at all times and utilize sanitizers regularly.
     
  • Trucks and phones are sprayed and wiped after each delivery.
 

INTRODUCING CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

Standard Delivery will still be inside your home entrance; however we have introduced contactless delivery which means you can give us authority to leave your item at the front door. Simply give us a call to coordinate.

 

INTRODUCING VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

At the moment, showrooms remain open to the public by appointment only, with friendly Interior Design Team Members awaiting to continue helping you create a beautiful home. If you are not able to attend our location, we have implemented additional sources to help you with any questions or advice.

  • Virtual Consultations
    We are thrilled to introduce virtual consultations which offer the same in-store service at home. We can take you on a tour through our showroom and show you different pieces we have on show. Simply call us on (516) 294-0404 and we will set this up for you.
